Shipping Information

At DiecastHut.com, we strive to get your collectible diecast to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

• Order Processing Time: We process all orders within 3 business days after receiving payment.
• Shipping Time: 4-7 business days
• International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping and ship to US addresses only.

 

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not, please contact us at help@diecasthut.com.

• Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Refund Process:
  
  1. We will provide a refund for the item(s) being returned.
  2. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or not as described (see below).
     
     • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll provide a replacement or refund.

 

Restocking Fees

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns that are not due to our error in shipping or description (i.e., customer’s change of mind).

• Restocking Fee: 15%

 

Payment Methods

All payments are processed through PayPal. You will receive an email confirmation of payment and order status.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled if it’s already in process.
